Yay Anniversary! And Yay Saint George! Cactus Flower Pretty Rose by the temple. This is me by the Saint George temple, it was really neat to attend the temple in the same building that the pioneers did! The view from atop a volcano. Me inside a volcano. My dear friend Sonya introduced me to a nifty little site this week: http://www.thedailyplate.com At first I thought, "There is no way I am ever going to use this thing!" But it is actually sort of addictive. They lured me in with their snazzy graphs and clever meal suggestions and their weight goals tab. You can track the things you eat, the water you drink, the exercise you do and even your measurements and get a nice neat little break-down of all the things you have consumed and burned. Turns out Krispy Kremes are BAD for you, I mean like seriously BAD. Dang. Anyway, even if you are skeptical give it a try, it is actually kind of fun :)

Comic Mash-up 2 So, mashing comics together is fun! This time I took 1 unfunny comic and matched it with one funny, but it is still a case of two negatives making a positive because even though he's funny, Charlie Brown is pretty negative!

Two Negatives = Positive? The other night Bryce an I were discussing two unfunny comics, Marmaduke and Cathy. As we talked we began to wonder what would happen if the two were combined? Could the two bad comics together make a single good comic? Here is my attempt: You can click on it if you want to read what Cathy is saying, but is anyone ever really interested in what Cathy says? I don't know if it really makes an excellent comic, but it is satisfying! Splat!
